Since 2020, NS Christmas Elves has matched eligible Nova Scotia families with sponsors who help provide Christmas gifts and food.
The application opens securely in Jotform. Children included must be under 14.

Use the family’s suggestions as a guide and purchase whatever gifts or food you would like. You do not have to buy everything on their list.

The greatest gift is knowing you made a difference. Sponsoring a family can bring joy, relief and hope at Christmas. It lets a family know that people in their community care, while giving you the unforgettable feeling of making their holiday brighter.
Before you begin
Have these details ready
The application is easier to complete when you have your household information and clear photos or digital copies of required documents nearby.
- Applicant and household contact information
- Information for each child under 14, including clothing sizes and Christmas wishes
- Proof of custody or legal guardianship
- Proof of all household income
- Required health-card or identification images for adults and children
- Details of any other Christmas assistance requested or received
